At Underdog Liquidation, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our liquidation and closeout merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any purchases.

No Returns or Exchanges All items are sold as-is at deeply discounted liquidation prices. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages Underdog Liquidation is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

In-Store Pickup All in-store pickup sales are final at the time of pickup. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the item has been picked up.
